Welcome to Bee Aura Honey. By accessing or purchasing from our website www.beeaurahoney.online, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Terms

  • Bee Aura Honey is owned and operated as a sole proprietorship (HTA Traders) registered in Lahore, Pakistan, under the Punjab Food Authority.

  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under parental supervision.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Products and Descriptions

We take great care to ensure all product information and images on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or labeling may occur.
All our honey products are 100% natural and processed according to food safety standards set by the Punjab Food Authority.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received through approved methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, Cash on Delivery, or Bank Transfer.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are made across Pakistan from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, usually within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
You may/may not be be informed via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return & Refund Policy below for full details. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions and within 3 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, product images, and design  is the property of Bee Aura Honey and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bee Aura Honey is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product misuse, delays, or circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or natural events).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and regulated under the Punjab Food Authority. Any disputes will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
